Document Storage Processes and Technology
1. All personnel are permanent employees of Archive security (no sub-contractors) and are required to undergo State and Federal police security clearances and sign confidentiality agreements prior to commencing employment.

  • The ability to catalogue every file in every carton, online, with the functionality to search for these files using key words.

  • Fully automated carton and file handling utilising both bar-codes and scanners.

  • Online audit reports such as date and time of request, transactional history, requestor name, number of items stored and destruction dates.

  • Online delivery dockets (including information such as requestor, time and date of delivery/pick up and electronic signatures).

  • Online billing information
